GWRR, Chapter OHP2

Every year, the chapter plans a few large events for GWRRA members to enjoy and participate in.  Below is a list of these major milestones that happen through the year.

Every March, we hold a fundraiser to raise money for local charities and to operate the chapter on throughout the year.  Since our expenses are minimal, most money raised goes to the charities.

Every October, the chapter holds a fall color ride and a large dinner.  The dinner is usually at one of the member’s homes.  The trees changing colors in the fall create a beautiful backdrop for a motorcycle ride.

Every December, the members of chapter P2 gather to have a nice holiday feast.  This festive dinner includes a lot of great food for a reasonable cost, a gift exchange and lots of smiles.

October is filled with plenty of parades for our members to ride in.  Many members polish their bikes then decorate them for Halloween.  Parade examples: Chillicothe Jaycees Halloween Parade, Fall Festival of Leaves Parade and the Circleville Pumpkin Show.

Every May, during the Feast of the Flowering Moon Festival in Chillicothe, the chapter sets up our bikes for display and hands out brochures, pamphlets and trinkets all about GWRRA membership and MC safety.
